REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for SewCal Craft Studio
At SewCal Craft Studio, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our offerings. Please review the specific refund conditions for each type of product or service below.


Classes and Space Rentals
For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%)

  • Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit

  • Cancellations made day-of will have no refund

Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.


Digital Items

  • No refunds are available for digital items once the purchase has been completed. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable patterns, tutorials, and other digital content.

Physical Items

  • Unopened items: You may return physical items within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unopened condition.

  • Opened or used items: Items that have been opened or used may still be returned within 2 weeks of purchase but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The item must be in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.


General Information

  • Refund processing: All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Requesting a refund: To request a refund for any product or service, please contact us at jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com with your order details and reason for the request.

  • Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of SewCal Craft Studio and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
