Service Description
Kit fee is $55 Cash paid to Robin day of class Get ready for the spooky season with me & fellow spookettes and learn how to make a super fun junk journal in a day... Spooky style! Turn junk mail into art! Your kit will have most everything you need including several coffee dyed papers & tags, corrugated card board, dyed envelopes and bags along with spooky ephemera, old papers, pre sewn snippet strip, old lace & old buttons, hand dyed fibers, some pre-sewn ephemera, Tim Holtz people & ephemera, sand paper, 1 tiny vial . Here is what you will learn in class: simple journal assembly & binding, tiny waxed potion bottles, snippet tabs & strips, master board collage, distressing, envelope making, pockets, specimen hidden paper clip & more. As a bonus & if time allows I’ll show you how to make a resin cabochon. Learn the lingo of junk journals like what are page climbers, tuck spots & hidden paper clips! It’s going to be a spooktacular day, spooky attire encouraged! Students please bring the following: paper cutter, fabric & paper scissors, 3 ink pads: black, brown & scorched earth by Ranger, blending tool, tacky glue or similar, double stick tape, large eye sewing needle, awl, hot glue gun with glue sticks, butterfly or beetle wing if you have one. I will have these items to share but bring if you have: Halloween rubber stamps, 1 1⁄4 circle hole punch, tiny attacher or stapler

Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
