Service Description
Learn the basics of machine embroidery while creating your own personalized name tag! In this hands-on class, instructor Sally Drummond will guide you through every step, from setting up the design to stitching your finished tag. You’ll be learning on our Baby Lock Flourish II embroidery machine – the same one available for rental and member use at SewCal Craft Studio. This is a great way to get comfortable with the machine before tackling future embroidery projects. What You’ll Learn: How to hoop fabric correctly for best results Threading and operating the Baby Lock Flourish II Selecting and loading embroidery designs Stitching your name or initials in your choice of font and thread color Each student will finish the class with a custom embroidered name tag – perfect for your sewing kit, apron, or craft bag. Kit fee $5 cash paid to Jaimee at the studio

Refund Policy for SewCal Craft Studio At SewCal Craft Studio, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our offerings. Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
