Make a show stopping brooch with Robin
Service Description
$25 kit paid cash day of class Come along with me as I show you how to make these mystical hearts with simple hand stitches and embroidery into a show stopping brooch. Each kit has either vintage cotton velveteen or cotton fabric, beads, floss, pre-made charm tassels, sequins, trim, thread, stuffing, heart template and pin back as well as my own design images to embroider. Several styles and colors to choose from. As a bonus I will show you how to crochet an optional edging. I’ll also show alternative ways to edge your heart. You’re going to LOVE making these! Student supply list: An Embroidery needle (size 7 or 8) and sewing needle Scissors for fabric and small embroidery scissors if you have them Pin cushion Black or white Frixion erasable pen-available at Sewcalcraft studio *Optional -jewelry pliers: chain nose, wire cutters & small round nose. I’ll have some to share *Optional-If you want a crocheted trim, bring a size 6 or 1.80mm steel crochet hook. I’ll have some to buy. I’ll bring my sewing machine to sew the hearts together before stuffing. If you want to bring your own sewing machine, that's great too.

Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
