October Kids After-School Sewing Camp: Heart to Hand Teddy Bear

Service Description
A three-week after-school sewing camp for kids ages 9 and up with Deanna Long. Students will make a Heart to Hand Teddy Bear while building sewing skills. In the first session, they will learn sewing machine basics, how to load a bobbin and sew a straight line, then make a small project. As they work on their bear, they will learn to machine sew around curves, sew on a button, hand sew and practice various embroidery stitches. Beginners are welcome. This registration includes all three remaining Mondays: October 12, 19 and 26, 2026, from 4–6 p.m. The total price is $195 for all three classes. All materials are included, including a sewing machine rental if needed. Ages 9 and up; limited to five students.
