Service Description
In class you can work one of Larene’s current projects, learn to machine quilt, or bring in a project of your choice – Larene is proficient with all forms of applique, piecing, and quilting techniques. There are also times when Larene will do a demo in class on a NEW design, technique, or concept. General Supplies for all projects: Bring an array of fat quarter fabrics or a layer cake to piece your quilt top. 1. Rotary Cutter a MUST 2. Scissors (Snips and Regular Size) 3. Air Erasable Pen, Water Soluble Pen, and a White Pencil or Chalk for Fabrics 4. Applique Pressing Sheet if doing Raw Edge Applique (I prefer Fiber Goddess) 5. Straight Pins – I prefer Magic Pins for Piecing (Teal Color) 6. Sewing Machine Needles Size 80 Microtex Sharp, 90/14 Quilting, and 100/16 Topstitch Needle 7. Thread to match fabric for Sewing and Quilting 8. 1/4” Foot, Zipper Foot (if working with any form of Zipper), and an Open Toe Foot for your sewing machine 9. Rulers: 6” x 24”, and the following are optional – bring if you have: 3 1⁄2” x 18 1⁄2” or 9 1⁄2” square 10. *Sewing machine, in good working order, with power cord and foot control CLASS POLICIES 1. All classes start promptly at time designated. 2. Please turn off your cell phone in class. No exceptions. 3. Please purchase all your supplies prior to the day of class. 4. There may be times that a kit will be available for purchase.

Refund Policy for SewCal Craft Studio At SewCal Craft Studio, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all our offerings. Please review the specific refund conditions for each type of product or service below. Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
