Price is $60 per day- Total for all 3 days $180 Bring a touch of spooky elegance to your home this Halloween with “Sofia” — an amazingly realistic handmade cat designed by renowned soft sculpture artist Dorice Larkin. Using Dorice’s clever pattern, you’ll learn how to create a lifelike Halloween cat from raw silk using unique body sculpting and painting techniques that bring your creature to life! This special 3-day workshop will guide you step by step through Dorice’s process: Day 1: Sew your animal base from ¾ yard of raw silk (Students comfortable sewing at home may skip this day if they’d like to prepare their piece in advance.) Day 2: Sculpt and shape your cat’s body with Dorice’s signature techniques for realistic details and personality. Day 3: Add finishing touches and bring “Sofia” to life with custom painting and detailing. You’ll leave with your own hauntingly beautiful Halloween cat — a true heirloom piece to display or gift! Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
