Service Description
Kit Fee is $30 Includes, Pattern, Glass Teddy Bear Eyes, Joint Set, Perle cotton to embroider your bear face and thread to hand sew. SIGN UP FOR BOTH CLASS DAYS INDIVIDUALLY! Day #1 is cutting and sewing. Day #2 is assembling your bear or a wrap up day for students. Create your own charming 18" collectible fabric bear in this two-session Teddy Bear Necessities class with Jaimee. Patches is designed to be made from meaningful fabrics, making each bear a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake. Bring your own coordinating fabrics, or make your bear extra special by using pieces of clothing or other treasured textiles that hold special memories. Before class, all fabrics should be backed with Pellon Shape-Flex SF101 fusible interfacing, pressed securely to the wrong side of the fabric. This added stability makes sentimental fabrics easier to work with and helps your finished bear hold its shape beautifully. During the two sessions, Jaimee will guide you through cutting, construction, assembly, stuffing, and finishing details as you bring your own Patches the Bear to life. Supply List- Fabrics 12" x 56" can be different fabrics equaling this amount and a 6" 10" for hand and foot pads. Line all fabrics with SF101 before class. (sold in studio) Sewing Machine ( or add on a rental from the studio) Sharp point scissors Frixion pen and optional freezer paper to transfer pattern to. Sewing Clips and or pins Bear assembling supplies: Needles a variety pack is offered for sale at the studio pliers, awl and joint turner (available in the studio) Pins, and scissors.

Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
