Service Description
Kit fee $15 cash due to Elizabeth day of class Let your imagination run wild in this playful and expressive mixed media art class with Elizabeth Butterfield! Students will create a whimsical watercolor lady portrait using layered torn papers, vintage imagery, watercolor techniques, doodling, mark-making, and collage elements. Elizabeth will guide students through building texture, personality, and emotion while combining watercolor washes with torn paper layering to create a one-of-a-kind character full of charm and humor. This class encourages creativity, experimentation, and artistic freedom — no two portraits will ever look alike! Perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike, this fun project is a wonderful way to explore mixed media techniques in a relaxed and inspiring environment. All materials provided unless otherwise noted.

Classes and Space Rentals For both classes and space rentals, the following refund policy applies based on the timing of your cancellation request: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled date: Full refund (100%) Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date: Class Credit Cancellations made day-of will have no refund Please note that cancellations must be made in writing via email to jaimee@sewcalcraftsudio.com to be eligible for a refund.
